Support has always been a big part of what I do here. I've sent more than 22,000 messages in our public support channels, and that doesn't even count the tickets. I've personally closed out over 8,500 tickets, which comes out to roughly 9 a day across my time at JG so far.
I've picked up more than 500 personal 5 star reviews along the way. Customers often mention how fast, precise, technical and helpful my responses are, and people refer to our team as the best, fastest and friendliest support around, something I'm genuinely proud to be part of. I'm also a trusted and recognised member of the community, both within JG and in the wider FiveM scene.
People also point out that we're patient and understand that coding is a hobby for most of our customers, not a job. Everyone is at a different level, so instead of just dumping information on someone, we try to teach the basics first and let them work out the rest themselves.
I joined JG Scripts in January 2024 as support. In December 2024 I got access to script development across the whole team, and I'm still the only person with that access today. Since then I've merged over 100 pull requests across our different scripts, integrated more than 60 resources into JG and JG into other people's resources, and pushed over 350 commits. We've also crossed 52,000 transactions in total, and more than 20,000 of those are from returning customers, meaning they'd already bought from us before and came back for more.
I also built the HUD Themes website, with v1 launching in May 2025. It's a place where people in the JG community can make and share custom themes for our HUD script, and our staff can manage and approve them easily through a dashboard. The idea was to make it simple for people to pick a theme and see everything the HUD script can actually do, instead of digging through Discord for screenshots. The site currently has more than 52 finished and uploaded themes, which have pulled in over 5,300 downloads and more than 24,000 views combined. I recently gave it a full overhaul, rebuilding it on shadcn/ui, replacing the old infinite scroll grid with proper pagination, and fixing a handful of security and reliability issues I found along the way.
